TKDC VISION
To become the principle leader for the city by improving the quality of life for our children, youth, young adults and adults in this generation and future generations socially, professionally, financially and spiritually.
TKDC MISSION
To promote and offer personal development opportunities and to re-ignite community involvement with evaluations, training and services that will skill our generation to a status of independent living. Thereby, restoring their self esteem, rebuilding their self-worth, transforming and renewing their lives.
TKDC OBJECTIVES
1. To remove the children, youth and young adults off the city streets and place them in schools and reunite them with their families.
2. By offering shelter to the youth and adults while taking them through a comprehensive program to end the cycle of abuse and addictions in their lives.
3. Provide them with the tools, platforms and methods by setting up workshops to prepare them for job placements, life skills training,etc.
4. To have a daycare facility for the children while the parents are attending the workshops and training.
5. Make an impact by ensuring all actions to be executed should always have community transformation as an end result.
6. To stop child/adult prostitution in the city and surrounding areas.
7. To educate the teenagers, to stop unwanted pregnancies.
8. To show the abused, addicts and destitute that “they can live their dream”
9. To show the homeless that “hard work can and will bring good results”
10. To assist in promoting love, peace and unity amongst our children and adults in a crisis.
